Terms of Service for AidaOrb Usage

By using our service, you agree to these simple terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using Our Service

AidaOrb is an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Software as a Service (SAAS) product. It can be used by individual professionals or businesses alike – for creating Analytics and sharing to your subscribers.

  • You are responsible for your account and keeping your password, your Analytics content, designs and subscriber data safe.
  • Do not use our service for anything illegal or harmful.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Do not use automated scripts or bots unless explicitly allowed.
  • Do not send unsolicited emails ("spam") through the platform.
  • You're responsible for all content you upload or create using our service. Make sure you have the rights to use it. We can suspend or close your account if you violate these terms.

2. Your Content and Subscribers

  • You own the content and subscribers you create and upload to AidaOrb.
  • You give us permission to manage your content and subscribers only as needed to provide, improve, and protect our service.
  • Your content and subscriber information is confidential and not shared.
  • You warrant that your content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws, and your contact list has only opted-in subscribers.

3. Our SaaS Product / Services and Rights

Product Ownership and Intellectual Property

  • We own AidaOrb and all its features, designs, and code.
  • We may update or discontinue parts of our service with notice.

Account Registration and Security

  • You must register to access AidaOrb services.
  • You are responsible for your account credentials and all activities under your account.

Third-Party Services

  • We may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, losses, or privacy practices.

4. Our Offerings

Plans, Fees, and Payments

  • Fees and policies are shown during signup.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated.
  • Free trials may convert to paid plans if not canceled.

Payments and Refunds

  • Subscription fees must be paid as agreed.
  • We may change pricing with advance notice.

Deletion or Termination of Account

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations or inactivity.
  • You can delete your account anytime. Backup is your responsibility.

5. Privacy Policy and Regulatory Compliance

  • We collect necessary data to provide and improve our service.
  • Your data is shared only with service providers or as legally required.
  • We follow standard security practices to protect your data.
  • Cookies and tracking are used for functionality and marketing.

AidaOrb Analytics Platform Privacy Norms

  • Complies with GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM, ITA and similar laws.
  • Requires consent data for contacts.
  • Includes mandatory unsubscribe links and compliance headers.
  • Offers data rights support, minimization, and secure handling.
  • User is responsible for legal compliance when overriding platform defaults.

6. Disclaimers, Liability and Governing Law

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages. Total liability is limited to your past 6 months' subscription fee.

You agree to indemnify AidaOrb from claims arising from your use or violation of terms.

These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to Bangalore courts.

We may update these terms and will notify you of major changes.
